Just like all of our other exceptional services, our maintenance plans are performed by licensed and NATE- and NCI-certified Austin HVAC technicians who are fully capable of giving your heating and cooling units the expert tune-up they deserve.

Basic Coverage

  • Annual heating and cooling inspections
  • Waived service fee
  • Premium scheduling
  • No overtime or holiday rates
  • Complementary refrigerant (1 pound per system R410a only)
  • 10% discount on all repairs (does not include equipment replacement)

Plus Coverage

  • Bi-annual heating and cooling inspections
  • Waived service fee
  • Premium Scheduling
  • No overtime or holiday rates
  • Complementary refrigerant (1 pound per system R410a only)
  • 10% discount on all repairs (does not include equipment replacement)
  • We’ll clean your condenser with safe, effective chemicals once per year

Complete Coverage
